The Software is an online platform that allows Subscriber to input and manipulate data for the purpose of tracking information concerning items of personal property, including pets, equipment and other similar assets.

1. Agreement. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Access Agreement and Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). By accepting the Agreement and/or, if applicable, by acknowledging this Privacy Policy, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and that you understand it. 3. Information We Collect. We collect both “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. 3.3. Credit Card Information. The Company directs Subscribers who seek to pay via credit card to the Company’s third-party payment processor, Stripe. Use and retention of information provided by Subscribers to Stripe is governed by Stripe’s terms and conditions.

3.4. Children’s Privacy. The Website and Software are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up as a Subscriber. 4. How We Use and Share Information

4.1. Personal Information. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent.
